These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of any website, platform, or digital property operated by High Seas Cruise Co ("HSCC," "we," "us," or "our"), including highseascruiseco.com and all event-specific sites such as legendsatseacruise.com (collectively, the "Sites"), as well as any bookings or purchases made through those Sites. By accessing our Sites or submitting payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

About High Seas Cruise Co

High Seas Cruise Co is a cruise event production company based in Orlando, Florida. We specialize in producing themed, hosted group sailing events aboard cruise ships operated by third-party cruise lines. HSCC is the producer and organizer of these events. We are not a cruise line, travel agency, or booking agent.

Our Payment Structure

When you purchase a reservation through HSCC, the total price you see is composed of two distinct components:

• Event Production Fee — collected by HSCC to cover event programming, talent, onboard activations, guest experience, and operational costs associated with producing the hosted sailing.
• Cruise Fare — the base cost of your cruise cabin, paid directly to and processed by the cruise line partner (e.g., Margaritaville at Sea). HSCC does not collect or retain cruise fare payments.

These two components may appear as separate charges on your payment statement — one from HSCC for the event production fee, and one from the cruise line for the cruise fare. Both charges are part of your single reservation and together represent the full cost of your booking. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this payment structure.

All payments are collected through our secure booking and authorization software. When you authorize a payment, your card information is stored in encrypted form within our booking software and is accessible only to authorized HSCC personnel for the purpose of processing your scheduled payments. Our booking software operates on industry-standard encrypted infrastructure. HSCC personnel are required to use two-factor authentication to access any payment authorization details. Card data is never transmitted via unsecured channels and is not shared with unauthorized third parties.

Payment Descriptor

Charges from HSCC will appear on your credit card or bank statement as HIGH SEAS CRUISES. If you have a question about a charge appearing under this name, please contact us at support@highseascruiseco.com or (305) 676-6766 before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer.

Deposits and Payment Schedules

Reservations for HSCC events require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit amount and final payment due date are disclosed at checkout and in your booking confirmation. Final payment deadlines are strictly enforced. Failure to complete final payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of any amounts previously paid.

In some cases, HSCC may offer installment payment options. Payment schedule details will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations are subject to HSCC's Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at highseascruiseco.com/cancellation-policy. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Cancellation Policy.

Cruise fare cancellations are additionally subject to the cruise line's own cancellation and refund terms, which are separate from HSCC's policy.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Event Programming and Hosted Activities

HSCC produces and manages all hosted programming, events, and activities associated with the sailing. Specific programming, scheduled events, and hosted appearances are subject to change at HSCC's discretion. Changes to programming do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Access to certain onboard events or activities may be limited by capacity. Participation in hosted events is included with your reservation but cannot be guaranteed for all guests at all times.

Cruise Line Terms

Your cruise cabin reservation is subject to the cruise line's own ticket contract, guest conduct policy, and terms of carriage. By booking an HSCC event, you agree to comply with all applicable cruise line policies. HSCC assumes no liability for actions taken by the cruise line, including denied boarding, itinerary changes, or removal from the vessel.

Travel Documentation

Guests are solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documentation, including valid passports and any applicable visas. HSCC strongly recommends all guests travel with a valid passport. Guests denied boarding due to insufficient documentation are not eligible for a refund or compensation of any kind from HSCC.

Travel Insurance

HSCC strongly recommends that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and travel delays. By declining travel insurance, you acknowledge the risk of losing a portion or all of your investment in the event of an unforeseen circumstance.

Media Release

By attending an HSCC event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. HSCC and its hosts may use such media for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation, notification, or further consent.

Website Use

Our Sites are provided for informational and booking purposes only. You agree to use our Sites only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use our Sites to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems.

All content on our Sites — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of HSCC or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HSCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Sites, your booking, or your participation in any HSCC event. HSCC's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to HSCC directly for the applicable booking.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HSCC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of our Sites, your breach of these Terms, or your participation in any HSCC event.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your booking shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in the State of Florida. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective proceeding, or jury trial.

Changes to These Terms

HSCC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our Sites or maintenance of an active booking following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Sites or submitting payment for any HSCC event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and High Seas Cruise Co and supersede all prior communications or agreements.
