This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all reservations and purchases made through High Seas Cruise Co ("HSCC," "we," "us," or "our") for any HSCC-produced sailing event. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy in its entirety.

Important — Cruise Fare Is Governed Separately: This Policy applies to the event production fee collected by High Seas Cruise Co only. It does not apply to cruise fare. Cruise fare is paid directly to and processed by the cruise line, and is subject exclusively to the cruise line's own cancellation and refund terms. Guests should review the applicable cruise line's cancellation policy carefully before booking. HSCC has no control over cruise fare refunds and cannot issue refunds for amounts paid to the cruise line. For the applicable cancellation terms, visit the cruise line's official website or contact them directly.

72-Hour Grace Period

All reservations are eligible for a full refund of all amounts paid to HSCC if cancelled within 72 hours of the original booking confirmation. To request a cancellation within this window, contact us at support@highseascruiseco.com. After 72 hours, the cancellation schedule below applies.

Why Deposits Are Non-Refundable

HSCC is a cruise event production company. In order to produce each sailing, we commit to and pay talent, performers, and event vendors at the time bookings open — before the event goes on sale to the public. These contracts are irrevocable. The deposit you pay at booking directly funds these commitments, which is why deposits are non-refundable after the 72-hour grace period. This policy allows us to guarantee the quality and integrity of every event we produce.

Guest Cancellation Schedule

The following schedule applies exclusively to the event production fee collected by HSCC — it does not apply to cruise fare, which is subject to the cruise line's own cancellation terms. "Deposit" as used in this schedule refers to the deposit portion of the event production fee paid to HSCC at the time of booking, not any deposit paid directly to the cruise line.

If you cancel your reservation after the 72-hour grace period, the following schedule applies based on the number of days remaining before the sailing departure date:

Days Before Departure Amount Forfeited
After 72-hour grace period through 120 days before departure Deposit only
119–90 days before departure Deposit + 25% of remaining balance
89–60 days before departure Deposit + 50% of remaining balance
59–30 days before departure Deposit + 75% of remaining balance
Less than 30 days before departure 100% of all amounts paid — no refund

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to support@highseascruiseco.com. Cancellations are effective upon written confirmation from HSCC. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

Add-On Purchases

Add-on purchases — including but not limited to tickets to hosted beach events, organized runs or races, specialty dinners, and other ticketed experiences — are separate from your cabin reservation and are governed by the following:

Transfers and Name Changes

Reservations are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another person. Name changes are not permitted after booking. If a guest is unable to attend, no credit, transfer, or refund will be issued outside of the terms outlined in this Policy.

If We Cancel the Event

In the event that HSCC cancels a sailing in its entirety, all guests will receive a full refund of all amounts paid directly to HSCC, including deposits and any add-on purchases. Cruise fare refunds are subject to the cruise line's own cancellation terms and are not controlled by HSCC.

If the Cruise Line Cancels

In the rare event that the cruise line cancels the sailing, cruise fare refunds are governed by the cruise line's policies and are outside HSCC's control. In such a case, HSCC will issue a credit equal to the event production fee paid to HSCC, valid for 12 months toward a comparable future HSCC sailing. No cash refund of the event production fee will be issued in this circumstance.

Host Non-Appearance

HSCC makes every reasonable effort to ensure all announced hosts and performers appear as scheduled. However, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally prevent a specific host from appearing. In such cases, HSCC reserves the right to substitute hosts or performers of comparable standing. Host non-appearance or substitution does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or credit of any kind. Each HSCC sailing features a full program of themed entertainment, exclusive hosted events, and curated onboard experiences that exist independent of any single performer or host.

Force Majeure

HSCC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, or other events outside HSCC's control ("Force Majeure Events"). In the event a sailing cannot proceed due to a Force Majeure Event, HSCC will issue a credit equal to the event production fee paid to HSCC, valid for 12 months toward a comparable future HSCC sailing. Cruise fare refunds remain subject to the cruise line's own policies.

Missed Sailing or Events

No refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued for:

Guest Conduct and Removal

Guests are expected to comply with all cruise line rules, HSCC event policies, and applicable laws at all times. Guests who are removed from the vessel or denied access to HSCC events due to misconduct are not eligible for any refund or credit. Additionally, HSCC reserves the right to assess a fine of $500 per violation for any conduct that results in action by the cruise line, including but not limited to removal from the vessel, cabin confinement, or issuance of a formal warning. This fine may be charged to the payment method on file.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for any charge made in accordance with this Policy or our Terms of Use. If you have a concern about a charge, you must contact HSCC directly at support@highseascruiseco.com before initiating any dispute with your financial institution. Improper chargebacks may result in collection activity, recovery of all associated fees and costs, and permanent exclusion from future HSCC events.

Travel Insurance

Because HSCC events operate under a strict cancellation policy with significant financial penalties, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and travel delays. By proceeding without travel insurance, you acknowledge the risk of losing a portion or all of your investment in the event of an unforeseen circumstance. HSCC is not responsible for any losses resulting from a guest's decision not to purchase travel insurance.

Changes to This Policy

HSCC reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The Policy in effect at the time of your booking governs your reservation.
