By accessing or using this website or our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

1. About Us
High Seas Cruise Co LLC (“HSCC,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides cruise travel consulting and booking services as an agent for independent travel suppliers.

2. Agent-Only Role
HSCC acts solely as an agent for cruise lines, resorts, airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and other independent suppliers (“Suppliers”).
HSCC does not own, operate, or control any ships, hotels, aircraft, or tours.
All bookings are subject to the Supplier’s terms, conditions, policies, and liability limitations.
HSCC is not responsible for Supplier actions, changes, performance, service quality, delays, or negligence.

3. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for:
• Reviewing Supplier terms before booking
• Confirming accuracy of all traveler information before payment
• Ensuring valid passports, visas, health and travel documentation
• Monitoring payment schedules and making payments by Supplier deadlines
• Complying with Supplier policies and conduct rules
If incorrect information or missed deadlines result in fees, loss, denial of service, or cancellation, HSCC has no liability.

4. Payments and Authorization
HSCC does not store or process credit card data directly.
Payments are authorized and processed via secure third-party technology providers that tokenize card details.
Guests must complete a Payment Authorization Form to approve deposit and/or scheduled future payments for a specific booking.
Each authorization applies only to that specific booking and the payment terms agreed at that time.
Changes to payment schedules or additional charges require a new authorization form.
Failure to maintain valid authorization may result in Supplier cancellation without liability to HSCC.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Supplier policies solely determine refunds, credits, deadlines, and penalties.
HSCC does not issue refunds and is not responsible if a Supplier denies a refund, offers future credit, or changes or cancels services.

6. Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance covering cancellation, delay, illness, injury, evacuation, and Supplier default.
Guests acknowledge financial risk if they decline insurance.

7. Third-Party Recommendations
Any excursion, product, or service recommended by HSCC is offered by an independent third party.
HSCC is not responsible for quality, safety, performance, or satisfaction.

8. Limitation of Liability
HSCC is not liable for losses, injuries, delays, property damage, inconvenience, expenses, or dissatisfaction arising from Supplier actions or travel risks.
If liability is imposed, it is limited to the amount of service fees paid directly to HSCC.
No incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages may be claimed.

9. Intellectual Property
All website and branding content belongs to HSCC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Media and Testimonials
If guests provide photos, videos, or reviews, HSCC may use them for marketing unless requested otherwise in writing.

11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved, at HSCC’s election, by:
• Binding arbitration, or
• Litigation in state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida
Class action participation is waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Modifications
HSCC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
